A search of Tony Mead's Broward County, FL and Erik Pearson's Yakima, WA, and Phoenix, AZ county clerk websites reveal that Sandy Hook Hoax does not appear to have a license to operate a business in their home areas either, so where are they legal?
Sandy Hook Hoax does not present non-profit registration nor are they likely to qualify as one; therefore it can be presumed they are operating for profit business.
No records indicating a fictitious business name registration in use for Sandy Hook Hoax have been found.
If Pearson or Mead is not operating Sandy Hook Hoax legally out of their home addresses or out of their stated address in Connecticut, where are they opearating from and where are they licensed?
I suspect this is just more of the same from Erik Pearson's lawlessness.
The items Sandy Hook Hoax advertises contains copyrighted images, including that of the Joker, from Warner Brothers 'Batman' movies. There is no language indicating they have authority to use this image in promotion and support of sales, or as a product for sale. This would seem another serious federal law violations.
Further, I would doubt that Warner Brother's would approve their copyright images be used to promote the vile agenda of Sandy Hook Hoax.
Pearson even uses WarnerBrothers intellectual property to promote Sandy Hook Hoax via his personal Google + account.

however, it does not appear Sandy Hook Hoax has license to use the
undead demon child they use as their primary logo. It is ovious they use the
undead girl to intimidate, terrify, and harass Sandy Hook families and

His reported criminal behavior and apparent copyright violations demonstrate his disrespect for other peoples property and rights. If there was any doubt that this Pearson has zero respect for the rights of other people, then one need look no farther than the incident in April, 2014. Erik Pearson continually re-posted a video from a Sandy Hook parent despite being told the parent did not want it shared and despite copyright violations.
Pearson kept finding ways to share the video after the video was removed for copyright infringement over and over. He is reported to have shared it through YouTube, Dailymotion, Vimeo, messages, email, and Amazon, to keep the video from being taken down and Pearson went so far as to dare the copyright holder to try removing the video again.
Such questionable personal integrity and illegal business tactics would lead anyone to at least strongly suspect Pearson has fraud at the heart of this venture.

Erik Pearson is no stranger to the criminal court. Court records indicate several convictions, including disorderly conduct and damage to property. He has served jail time, been on probation, and had multiple violatins of probation.Pearson's own writing describes other criminal behavior, including drug abuse.

The "prank" consists of ransacking a home causing extensive damage, relieving himself on the furniture, and stealing items. I have another term for this type of "prank"; its called burglary. Pearson appears to have also been the subject of a Temporary Order of Protection (Restraining Order). Normally these are issued because a petitioner demonstrates they have a reasonable basis for being in fear for their safety.
With Pearson's violent past and criminal record, it's easy to see how the court granted the protection order.

Previously, Pearson has fostered this filth by posting Susan Stanton's schizophrenic rants on his Sandy Hook Hoax blog and featured video on his Facebook page. Pearson allows his members to indulge their their fantasy for months..
Pearson finally posted the complete photo of the Sandy Hook victim, who was of course smiling and perfectly healthy at the time the photo was taken, and certainly not as the repugnant Hoaxer's had fantasied.
It should be noted that Erik Pearson withheld the original until it was debunked in discussion by Mike Fl in the 'debunker' discussion group.
Erik Pearson add's salt to the Barden's wounds though, deciding to add his personal touch to the photo of the victim. Pearson adds his filthy logo, the undead demon girl, to the body of the Sandy Hook victom.
Please note I blurred and shrunk the photo; Pearson posted the full unredacted image (other than adding the undead child logo to the victims body).
Stanton goes into a hysterical rage over proof Daniel was not dismembered in the photo, attempting to justify her delusional blog posts and videos published by herself and that moron "Mr Stosh". We can all be thankful the state is not allowing Stanton to raise her own children. The state should permanently strip her of parental rights, adopt the children away, and commit Stanton to a State Mental Hospital before Erik Pearson feeds her enough attention to cause her to hurt someone.

I think I may have to revise my original theory on Sandy Hook. It is beginning to look more and more like this event was staged. There were 20+ dead bodies that were all transported out of that school and not one news agency captured it.... Look at the scene photos.... Every news agency around the world was stationed less than 500 yards from the school with only one way in or out. No lawsuits have been brought up at all. You want to know why?
This has become the most lucrative non-event in the history of the world.
There are people that I was talking to everyday that had kids in those classrooms. They would tell me how much they struggled financially. Prior Piss Poor Performance
This is not Erik Pearson's first foray into raising funds with Sandy Hook Hoax. Pearson also ran a fund raising drive to purchase death certificates of the Sandy Hook victims. His intent was to verify the authenticity of released certificates and investigate others. His goal was to raise $600 and on June 6, 2014 Pearson declared someone had made a generous donation and Pearson closed donations. Thomas Lapp, who seems to be a compulsive liar, promised he would order the certificates and had the forms all filled out.
To date, Erik Pearson has failed to produce a single death certificate to verify authenticity. Thomas Lapp has been equally a failure, despite his overt promise.
In fact, not a single Sandy Hook Hoaxer has stepped up to verify either Noah Pozner's or Adam Lanza's death certificate, yet the cowards can pretend the certificates are fake through idiotic analysis such as Jim Fetzer on Veteran's Today. ORDER THE CERTIFICATES. Prove they are fake. You would think one of them would summon the courage to do something productive.
This demonstrates Pearson's lack of ability to conduct even a single legitimate investigation and leads one to question what he did with the generous donation he received.

There is no doubt that Erik Pearson's past and current activities exhibit
every red flag for fraud that there is. There is no doubt he leads a group of mentally ill, severely disturbed, and violently orientated people.There is no doubt that of all hoaxer leaders, he is least qualified or trained person to conduct any real world investigation. Indeed, he has no credibility whatsoever.
Before donating to Pearson, one should consider your intent with the funds. If you are giving Pearson money because Pearson, like a little monkey in a circle of people is dancing for a quarter and putting on a good show, then fine. If you enjoy mental disease, discussing decapitating children, or digging up graves, you may actually get your quarters worth.
If you are donating him money because you think he has any qualifications or demonstrated ability to conduct any type of investigation, I bet you will be sorely disappointed.
He was a small minded criminal in his youth. It doesn't appear he has experienced any growth.
